I am hiding in my bedroom today, with a sore throat, hacking cough and a fever. I believe I owe this malaise to my darling grandson who brought it home from his daycare/school. He was coughing earlier this week while I watched him. Talked with Holly earlier and she's home with the same symptoms.
So I actually have some time to "stroll" through some decorating ideas. My friend Bonnie has been using shades of aqua in her house for years. Seems that aqua and white are the newest decorating rage. I do believe I may have to paint my kitchen using these colors.
What do you think?

Oh, & how right God is! Love your aqua shares. Shooey, how I remember those colored aqua mixers.

You are doing the right thing, staying in bed and getting over it. I hope you get well soon!
ReplyDeleteReally like your new sign. It's great.
ReplyDeleteNot an aqua fan, sorry.
Love the aqua and white together. Hope you get well soon!
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope you are feeling better soon! But to catch it from your lovely little grandson, you have to put up with it because he is so precious. I also love that color blue, by the way -- and yes, paint your kitchen in that color!
ReplyDeleteBest,
Gloria
Hi Pat! I'm a new follower and love your blog! I've just painted one wall in my house this Aqua Blue color and my 'kitchen island'. I've added decorative accents with this same color and it's all coming together nicely. It was big in the late 60's as I remember my childhood home kitchen being painted in this same hue! Love your sign!
