Road Trip

Yesterday Lou and I took a run to Reading, PA to pick up wood for making our signs. We decided to go on this little road trip as the sheets of wood from the company in Reading cost a bit less than the local supplier so we stock up when we can. We also did a quick walk through the wholesale warehouse to pick up some supplies and look for items that might go well with what we make.
I found this adorable vintage look Easter bunny card on wood which slids into a wood base shown below. It comes in two sizes.

I also found some wonderful wooden memory boxes with hinged lids that just need a few tiny flowers painted on and several other goodies that I will be adding to the
Country Workshop Website.

It was a quick trip as Lou and I were concerned about the freezing rain and snow that was being predicted. So we now have wood for oodles of signs. We need them as we have the first show of the year in early March. Need to start stock piling now.
