Children learn by example...My Dad was an honest, loving, fun, wonderful Father who showed me what kind of person I wanted to be. The one thing I didn't learn however was to clog while balancing a beer can on my head. Miss you everyday Dad!
How true that saying is......it's 4 years this month that my Dad's gone and he's very much missed......he was my hero....my Knight and Shining Armour......and my Buddy. He loved all three of us unconditionally, which had to be really hard having me for a daughter growing up....LOL
Oh my goodness, this post brought tears to my eyes! I should have that same sign in my house... I feel the same way about my father. What a lovely tribute to your Dad. I'm sure he must have been a wonderful, great man! Best, Gloria
