3 Cup Morning?

It could be a 3 cup morning.
Snowin' like crazy and I do need to pull on my boots
and get up to the Workshop this morning
to work on orders and also some new pieces
that need finishing.

It is very pretty...

but these sweet yellow crocus that were blooming
in the front yard this weekend
are totally covered with the white stuff.

  1. This time of year you never know what you may wake up to. I went out last week to see if my tulips were popping through the ground and to my surprise I had little Johnny Pop Ups in bloom, then a few days later it snowed again. We have to remember that spring is just around the corner . . . enjoy the rest before it's time to dig, hoe and pull weeds, LOL. Each season brings a joy of it's own. Three cups . . . sounds like a great idea!

  2. We are having a little snow shower here too, not covering any pretty harbingers of spring though. A strong breeze is whipping through and it feels a lot colder than it is. Another month and we should see some real spring.

  3. Here in the Pacific Northwest we have no rain in the forecast which is rare this time of year. Temps running in the high forties. Soon this area will be ablaze in bright color as flowers strut their stuff. Won't be long until we have an abundance of cherry blossoms. I'm ready.

  4. It looks like there is a little piece of chocolate in your coffee! What a great idea.

  5. Cold and snowy here too. It makes it hard to get motivated!

  6. We had snow most of the day. Oh, how I can't wait to see the crocus bloom. That usually happens on St. Patrick's day, March 17th, here.
