What's for Dinner?

I am always looking for quick dinners for the Husband and myself...We have been in the shop for 10+ hours a day lately and it's just sometimes easier to call and have something delivered.  I decided in the morning I would put together a chicken pot pie for dinner when we came down from the shop.  But an idea popped into my brain...you know, one of those light bulb moments, how about if I threw the ingredients, except for the crust,
into the crockpot?

I took 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
shook in some
salt,pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
Cooked on high for 6 hours

When I came down to the house,
I pulled the chicken apart and stirred it through the mixture.
Put the mixture in a 8x8 Pyrex pan.
Unrolled a package of refrigerated crescent rolls
and laid them over the mixture.
Baked at 350 until the crescent rolls were browned.

Easy Peasy
