It's Apple Time...

Found this easy to make Recipe for Baked Apples in the crock pot. I think I need to try this. I haven't made baked apples for years. Looks like I'll need to make a trip to Weber's Cider Mill today.

  4. Just how do you bake apples in a crockpot? I mean it, I have no idea, low, high, added water????? How long? Gee I wish I had some now.

    Sharon you'd cook them on slow and just use the cider vinegar..no water.

  7. Sharon...if you click on the picture or the words Recipe for baked apples it will take you to the website with the recipe. Looks like you use apple juice or cider.

    Marydon...we will be there this year, right on Main Street across from the Cozy on the lawn of Mountain Memories. It's a new spot for us this year, right in the thick of things.
